What to bring to open a mailbox
Per USPS rules (USPS Form 1583, Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent), you’ll need two forms of valid ID.

- U.S. state, territory, or tribal driver’s license or non-driver ID card
- Passport
- Uniformed service (military) ID
- U.S. permanent resident card
- Certificate of naturalization
- U.S. Access Card
- Matrícula consular
- U.S. university ID card

- Current lease
- Mortgage or deed of trust
- Voter registration card
- Vehicle registration card
- Home or vehicle insurance policy
- U.S. state, territory, or tribal driver’s license or non-driver ID card showing your address
The address must match the home address on your form. A driver’s license / ID card can count as your photo ID or your address ID, but not both.
Form 1583 must be notarized or signed in person in front of our staff; businesses also need business registration info.

Yes. Our Personal and Business mailboxes include a real street address and package receiving. We also offer a Package Only plan ($9.99/month) for package receiving only.

What time are UPS and FedEx picked up?
UPS and FedEx pick up Monday – Friday at 4:00 PM and Saturday at 1:00 PM. Drop off before pickup time for same-day send-out.
